The ski resort San Domenico – Alpe Ciamporino is located in the Province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola (Italy, Piedmont (Piemonte)).
For skiing and snowboarding, there are 32.6 km of slopes available. 5 lifts transport the guests. The winter sports area is situated between the elevations of 1,420 and 2,500 m.
The San Domenico ski area covers the slopes of Pizzo Dosso (2,551 m). Easy slopes and the beginner area are located at Alpe Ciamporino at an altitude of just over 2,000 m. The runs in the upper area as well as the valley run are reserved for more experienced winter sports enthusiasts. In addition to skiing, there are opportunities for tobogganing, snowshoeing, and winter hiking trails. The panoramic views and sunny terraces are also a real pleasure.
