    The staff at the Rusutsu ski resort are exceptionally friendly and attentive. At all entry and exit points, guests are warmly greeted and bid farewell. At the gondola lifts, guests always receive assistance when getting on and off. When it snows, the seats on the chairlifts are brushed off, with even the smallest snowflake being removed. It simply doesn't get any friendlier than this. It's no surprise that Rusutsu ski resort was named the friendliest ski resort by Skiresort.de for the second time in 2023/24.
