The staff at the ticket office, ski rental, and lifts is very friendly and helpful. They are always present when boarding the lifts. Upon arrival at the mountain station of the gondola, guests are handed their winter sports equipment. Here, South Tyrolean friendliness is still at home. As a guest, you feel very comfortable and are happy to return.
