With Park City Canyons Village and Park City Mountain Village, there are two large hotel complexes with many lodging options located right on the slopes. Canyons Village is larger and livelier. Accommodations in various categories are available, from budget options to 5-star hotels. A chairlift to the ski area also starts from the historic downtown of Park City. It takes only about 30 minutes to reach the ski area from the major city of Salt Lake City.
