At the valley station of the Iselerbahn, you’ll find the Schneekinderland of the Skischule Ostrachtal, a large and lovingly designed practice area. There is another well-equipped children’s area run by the Skischule Iseler at the Schwandenbahn. The Skischulen Lanig and SnowAcademy also operate children’s areas. The slopes at the Schwandenbahn and the Idealhanglift are easy and provide an ideal practice area. The new 8-seater Schwanden chairlift has child safety features, just like the new Grenzwies and Wiedhag chairlifts. The clear layout of the ski resort is also a big advantage for families. With the Oberjoch Familux Resort, a leading family hotel is located right at the ski resort.

Snow Kids Land Ostrachtal Ski School

The Schneekinderland of the Ostrachtal Ski School is a lovingly designed practice area. In a playful and varied way, children can learn to ski and snowboard on more than 20,000 m². The very well-equipped children's area offers several conveyor belts (magic carpets) and rope lifts with different terrain features. Other highlights include the jump and slalom course, a zone with banked turns, the fairytale forest with animals, the mascot, the snow carousel, and a rainbow forest. The ski school team is highly dedicated. Toilets and the children's play hut (warming room) are located directly on the premises. With the Kinderlandexpress, advanced children are taken to the Schwandenbahn (8-seater chairlift with weather protection hood and child safety features). At this beginner area, children can improve their skills ideally. For ski course participants and Bad Hindelang Plus holders, Schneekinderland is free of charge; otherwise, it can be used independently for a small fee. Schneekinderland is open daily in winter.

Practice area Skischule Iseler (Kinder-Ski-Zirkus)

At the Iseler Ski School, children are also the main focus. The children's area at the Schwandenbahn features a beginner's lift, a conveyor belt, a snow carousel, and a wave slope. A special highlight is the circus tent, where the young skiers are treated to children's punch and cookies for a little refreshment in between.

Diaper Ski Fun at the Oberjoch Familux Resort

The Oberjoch Familux Resort offers a daily diaper ski course for children aged 2 to 3.9 years. Skis can be rented at the in-house rental station of the Skischule Ostrachtal.
