The Meran 2000 ski resort is very family- and child-friendly. At the Piffing mountain station, there is a large practice area. This is also where the Alpin Bob and the toboggan run start. The Meran 2000 ski school looks after little ones from 3.5 years old in the ski kindergarten. Children up to 8 years of age ride free of charge when accompanied by an adult.

Practice area Piffing with magic carpets
At the Piffing mountain station, there is a practice area with magic carpets. The magic carpets are freely accessible. Numerous ski instructors teach the little ones how to ski. There are fun figures and also a playground.
Ski kindergarten of the Skischule Meran 2000
The Meran 2000 ski kindergarten is located right at the Piffing mountain station. The Mini Ski Club offers a playroom and its own magic carpet for the first turns in the snow. Children from the age of 3.5 are professionally supervised here by the Meran 2000 ski school.
Alpine Bob
The Alpin Bob is a rail-guided toboggan run (Alpine Coaster) that descends from Piffing. The track is 1.1 km long and features several steep curves and multiple 360-degree loops. Fun for the whole family.
Tobogganing Meran 2000
At Piffing, a 3 km long natural toboggan run starts and leads all the way to Falzeben. The ascent is comfortably managed with the Falzeben gondola lift.
