The Le Lioran ski area is located on the slopes of the Plomb du Cantal (1,855 m) and around the Font d'Alagnon glacial cirque in the French Massif Central. The ski runs are mainly accessed by chairlifts. They are situated both below and above the tree line. In the popular winter sports area of Le Lioran, a wide range of other activities are offered, such as cross-country skiing, winter and snowshoe hiking trails, skijoring, and more.
