The Ještěd ski area provides access to Liberec’s local mountain with its distinctive peak and starts right at the edge of the city. Skiing and snowboarding are possible here on slopes of all difficulty levels. There is a dedicated snow park for experts and a children's area with conveyor belts for the little ones. If you want to take a break from skiing, you’ll find plenty of good places to stop for refreshments, or you can grab a sled and race down a beautiful forest track to the valley station.
