The Ifenbahn II replaces the Hahnenköpflebahn, a 2-seater chairlift. The 10-person gondola lift is from the D-Line series by Doppelmayr. The valley station of the Ifenbahn II is located near the Ifenhütte and also serves as the mountain station of the Ifenbahn I. A direct onward journey without changing lifts is possible.
