Snow-reliable rating Hunau – Bödefeld
The Hunau was one of the first ski resorts in the Sauerland to invest in snowmaking. While only the lower slope was covered by snowmaking from 1992, in 2004 the system was expanded to almost all slopes. Since then, it has been continuously extended and optimized, making the Hunau one of the most snow-sure areas in the Sauerland today. The pure north-facing location also helps.
