Evaluation
For skiing and snowboarding, there are 0.1 km of slopes available. 2 lifts transport the guests. The winter sports area is situated between the elevations of 254 and 260 m.
The Hohe Wand Wiese ski area on the outskirts of Vienna has a long tradition. It was opened in 1966, and even FIS Ski World Cups have been held here. After many years with little snow, skiing on snow at the edge of the Vienna Woods was discontinued. A conveyor belt and special mats in the lower part of the slope now make skiing possible even without snow. The offerings at the Hohe Wand Wiese ski area are aimed at beginners and children who want to practice their first turns.
