The Bergeralm is the largest ski resort in the Wipptal and is considered a medium-sized ski area. It starts west of Steinach am Brenner. The valley station is located below a massive bridge of the Brenner motorway. The mid-station is the center of the ski area, featuring restaurants, a children's area, and a beginner's section. In the upper area, the slopes are situated on the slopes of the Nößlachjoch (2,231 m).
