New at Bad Kleinkirchheim

2015/2016

What’s a sauna doing on the slopes?

A different take on wellness: This “hot” innovation in Bad Kleinkirchheim is called the Thermal Cube. Tired skiers can look forward to two of these oases of wellness in the St. Oswald area. They each have a special feature – a glass Thermal Cube which is free to ski pass holders offers skiers a pleasantly warm, perfumed infrared sauna. They can choose cube 2 in the Priedröf area if they don’t want to wait until they return to the valley. It holds two massage chairs.

New Langalm run

The new Langalm slope (approx. 850 m long) is not only perfectly suitable for families, but is also a treat for carving fans, due to its special slope. The impressive view of the Millstaetter See is an extra.

New seat comfort on the Sonnwiesen lifts

The Sonnwiesen I and II lifts are important feeder lifts between the Bad Kleinkirchheim and the St. Oswald ski resorts and have been transporting guests to both resorts since 1988. According to current permits, the two Sonnwiesen lifts can be utilized until 31.December 2028.
The technical maintenance work and safety checks are done annually to ensure that the lifts continuously fulfill all technical safety requirements. In order to respond to market requirements for higher quality, the no longer ergonomically up-to-date chairs in the Sonnwiesen lifts will be completely replaced with new and modern chairs in the autumn of 2013. This investment is in response to long-standing customer requests.

One child up to twelve years old can use the Bad Kleinkirchheimer ski lifts for one Euro per day when accompanied by one parent with a six-day ski pass.
