1/9 Ski lifts/ropeways Axamer Lizum
Since the 2022/23 season, a modern 10-seater gondola lift has been running from the parking lot (1,560 m) via a mid-station to the Hoadl Haus (2,340 m). The Hoadlbahn takes only 6 minutes for the two sections to reach the highest point of the ski area. The Olympiabahn, which was built for the 1976 Winter Games, also arrives at the sunny plateau on the Hoadl. Since then, the distinctive funicular has been the landmark of Axamer Lizum. Additional chairlifts provide access to the ski area. Drag lifts can be found in the beginner area Kaserwald and Talboden as well as at Birgitzköpfl.
