The tow rope at Ziegenberg in Altenseelbach, a district of Neunkirchen in the Siegerland region, is more of a neighborhood project than a tourist infrastructure. When there is enough snow, volunteers from the village and members of the Skiclub Hohenseelbachskopf are always willing to help operate the lift. But skiing takes place here even without snow: in summer, on grass.
