Since the connection of the three villages, Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis, the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski resort is considered to be one of the biggest ski resorts in Austria.

Everyone will find their slope in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. From easy to intermediate to difficult slopes, everything is offered. There are also deep snow areas which range from easy to difficult.

The ski resort features modern chair lifts and gondolas, for the most part with covers and seat heating. You can, but you don't need to ride t-bars any more. Child safety is a priority in the ski resort (the Gampen family lift, Koenigsleithe lift and Masnerkopf lift have been equipped with child restraints so that children can no longer slide from the seats). In order to reduce the waiting times, "Easy Boarding" has been implemented on certain lifts so that the lifts run at full capacity. In addition, 30 people movers add another 12000 person capacity per hour. Since the 2011/2012 season, the new detachable 6 person Masnerkopf lift chair lift connects new beautiful slopes.

There are 155 km of runs with snow-making capability. Most of the slopes (125 km) are located above 2000m and the season always runs from the beginning of December until the end of April, whereby the valley run is usually open from the first to the last day of the season.

The slope preparation is excellent.
The snow cat drivers were able to win some prizes in competitions over the last few years and this is also noticeable in the excellent slope preparation.
Tip: By new snow, an optimal slope prepartion is not always possible, even with a large effort. In addition, the new snow can not combine with the snow lying underneath and moguls are created quickly. For safety reasons, usually no slope preparation is possible during operating times.

The route leads from Ried via mountain roads to Ladis, Fiss and Serfaus. The parking lots are all free of charge. We recommend entry at the Wald lift. In Serfaus, you access the lifts with the Village subway at the parking lot because there is no through traffic in the village.

A high priority is placed on environmental protection. For example, the restaurants are operated with solar power. The village of Serfaus has no through traffic and is connected with an underground village train.

The restaurants are spread throughout the ski resort and there is a mixture of self service and serviced restaurants. Great value is placed on the quality of the huts and the food. You can get everything from burgers to a gourmet menu.

The cozy, rustic serviced restaurant near the valley station of the Koenigsleithe lift offers over 390 seats - 200 of those on the beautiful, partially covered sun terrace. The specialty or innovation of this new restaurant is that the heating system is extremely environmentally friendly: The specially made warming pump works not only as a heating source for the building, but also as a cooling source for the food - which leads to a minimal toll on the environment.

There are umbrella bars at the valley station in Serfaus. In Fiss, you can go to the Hexenalm and in Ladis to the Weiberkessl. It depends on the season, but in high season, there is fun until late at night.

The saying goes, "Im Kessl ein Bier, das gönn ich mir!", which means, "A beer in the Kessl, I'll treat myself to that!" Very recommendable if you are skiing down to Ladis. A DJ and a good atmosphere make the Weiberkessl very enjoyable.

In Serfaus, all hotels have access to the lifts via the underground train. In Fiss, some hotels are located directly on the slopes and in the village. The valley station can be accessed usually by foot from the accommodations in Ladis.

Kinderschneealm (Children's Snow Alm), Bertas children's area, Murmli trail, Murmli park in the village, Indian land, Murmli children's gondola lift - to name just a few of the spots for children. The whole ski resort is very child and family friendly. The children's areas can not be beat! Certain lifts have been adjusted to fit the needs of children and have been equipped with child-secure seats.

The Kinderschneealm is located directly on the Komperdell. A perfect area for the kids and for those that are already secure on their skis, they can ski the Baerenpiste or ride up with the child secure Gampen family lift.
