The slopes of all difficulty levels stretch from Little Whiteface Peak over Whiteface Peak to Lookout Mountain. The runs mostly lead through forest clearings down to the valley. The descents through the cleared woods (gladed runs) also offer plenty of variety. The ski area at Whiteface Mountain boasts the greatest vertical drop east of the Rocky Mountains.
