The Vemdalsskalet ski area offers slopes of all levels of difficulty at Hovde and Skalsfjället. The two mountains are fully connected by slopes and lifts. Most of the slopes lead down through forest clearings. Only in the uppermost area are you above the tree line, offering a magnificent view over the landscape. Families and beginners feel very comfortable in the valley area at Skalets Torg.
