Telluride probably offers the best mountain restaurants and ski huts on the North American continent. They have invested a lot in the last few years in their gastronomy. The restaurants are distributed throughout the entire ski resort and you can also eat in Telluride and in the Mountain Village. There are also picnic tables at locations with great views throughout the ski resort.

Alpino Vino Restaurant
Near the mountain station of the Gold Hill Express
The Alpino Vino Restaurant is located at an altitude of 3647 m and is the highest restaurant in North America. You can enjoy Italian cuisine and very good wines in the cozy dining rooms or on the sun terrace.
Bon Vivant Restaurant
At the mountain station of the Polar Queen Express
The Bon Vivant Restaurant offers French-style cuisine. You can dine under a large umbrella or under the open sky when the weather is nice.
At the St. Sophia gondola lift
Very fine restaurant with an open kitchen. The focus is on steak and seafood. The food is excellent and there is a large selection of wines. If you reserve early enough, you can even eat at the Chef's Table directly in the kitchen.

Gorrono Ranch Restaurant
A bit above the Mountain Village at the Village Express
The Gorrono Ranch Restaurant offers a large sun terrace and a self-service restaurant. The highlight is the rustic hut with fireplace and bar. You will feel like you've travelled back to the gold mining past. Live music is also offered during Après-Ski.
