Located slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the major ski resorts Sankt Anton and Lech, we are perfectly situated to enjoy the Arlberg ski areas (access in Stuben just 8 minutes by car or ski bus) and Sonnenkopf, and then relax in our stylishly furnished chalets and apartments. Each accommodation has been lovingly decorated by the owners themselves, making every unit unique. All feature a fully equipped kitchen and either a balcony or terrace, as well as access to the wellness area with pool, sauna, bio sauna, and steam bath.

For those who prefer complete privacy and luxury, chalets with a fireplace and private sauna are available. The entire complex is car-free, and golf carts are provided for luggage transport. So you don’t have to shovel snow before hitting the powder, each unit includes a free parking space in the underground garage.
