A variety of accommodations can be found in Solitude Village. This small ski village is located right next to the ski area. There are lodging options for families, groups, and solo travelers, including accommodations with hot tubs and heated outdoor pools. The accommodations are usually managed by Solitude Resort.
Alternatively, the metropolitan area around Salt Lake City offers overnight options. From Salt Lake City, it takes only about 40 minutes to reach the ski area. From Cottonwood Heights in Salt Lake County, it’s just about 25 minutes. The drive to the ski area follows a mountain road through Big Cottonwood Canyon.
