New 8-seater chairlift in Serfaus to Plansegg

The new 8-seater chairlift Planseggbahn will replace the 6-seater chairlift Planseggbahn for the 2026/27 season. The new, state-of-the-art 8-seater chairlift from Leitner offers greater comfort and higher capacity on the heavily frequented route in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski area.

The new Planseggbahn features heated seats, weather protection covers, and child-safe safety bars. It also offers a significantly increased capacity of 4,000 people per hour and, thanks to higher travel speed, a much shorter ride time. The innovative, autonomous mountain station of the Planseggbahn supports the on-site staff with cutting-edge technology to ensure the highest quality standards. At the valley station of the 8-seater chairlift, there is also a new panorama bar, providing an additional meeting point for a quick break between runs.
