Slope offering, variety of runs at the ski resort Red Mountain Resort – Rossland
Red Mountain Resort is a real insider tip for downhill skiing. There are slopes of all difficulty levels spread across Red Mountain, Granite Mountain, and Grey Mountain. Challenging runs through open forests predominate. Easy slopes lead down to the valley from most points in the ski area. Groomed and ungroomed runs, easy to difficult slopes, powder fields, steep forest descents, runs through trees and woods (tree skiing), and cliffs all delight within the controlled ski area boundaries. For those seeking something more exclusive, endless powder runs can also be enjoyed with cat skiing.
