    Ski lifts/​ropeways Rauriser Hochalmbahnen – Rauris

    From Rauris, you can quickly reach elevations from 940 m up to 2,175 m with two gondola lifts. The Hochalmbahn (6-seater gondola) has a mid-station, and the Gipfelbahn (8-seater gondola) then takes you up to 2,175 m. Additional drag lifts are located along the gondola routes. From the Gratlift, you have the most beautiful view along the ridge at 2,000 m. About 1 km from the Hochalmbahn, the Kreuzbodenbahn (2-seater chairlift) also starts in Rauris. Following this, the Waldalmbahn (10-seater gondola) takes you up to the Waldalm and provides access to the slopes on this side of the Rauris ski area. There is also the Kreuzboden platter lift here. Two practice lifts are available in the valley for beginners. The ski schools operate conveyor belts.
