Ski slopes Patscherkofel – Innsbruck-Igls

Innsbruck’s local mountain offers an interesting mix of easy, intermediate, and advanced slopes. Several attractive runs lead along the Patscherkofelbahn (10-seater gondola) over nearly 1,000 vertical meters down to the valley. Thanks to the mid-station, there are various options for descent. Large beginner areas and several practice meadows expand the range of offerings.

The runs on Patscherkofel were the venue for alpine ski competitions during the Innsbruck Olympic Games in 1964 and 1976. While skiing, the Patscherkofel ski area offers an impressive panorama over Innsbruck, the Stubai Valley, the Inn Valley, and the opposite Nordkette.
