The ski resort is very family-friendly, not least due to its extremely family-friendly pricing policy. There is childcare provided by the Skischule Hocheck with its own children's area located above the valley station. A practice area with a rope lift and conveyor belt is also situated above the valley station. The first TÜV-certified, 3 km long, illuminated winter toboggan run is also very popular with families.

The Hocheck cable cars operate an attractive children's area for both young and older beginners, featuring two comfortable conveyor belts, a rope lift, and a skier's carousel. Ski lessons and childcare are offered by the Hocheck ski school.
TÜV-certified and illuminated toboggan run
The start of the attractive 3 km long winter toboggan run is located just behind the mountain inn Hocheck, only 200 meters from the top station of the four-seater chairlift. The toboggan run is groomed daily with a special piste machine, making it safe for families and children to use. Toboggans can be rented at the valley station. Numerous barriers ensure the necessary safety. Here, tobogganing fun is guaranteed both during the day and in the evening!
