    Wide slopes, perfect slope preparation, snow-reliable, “Japow” Japan powder, ideal for experts, great powder areas, view of the Yōtei-zan volcano, very good signposting in Japanese and English, perfect for beginners, very friendly staff, free drinking water in restaurants

    Negative points:

    Not many cross-country trails, no table-service restaurants on the mountain, few après-ski options
