The Austrian ski resort Nassfeld is located in the southwest of Carinthia, right on the border with Italy. In the valley, Tröpolach at an altitude of 610 m offers an excellent entry point to the ski area with the Millennium-Express. The Piccolo Express parking shuttle provides a convenient way to reach the gondola lift entrance.
You can also access the ski area in the middle of the resort at 1,500 m around Sonnenalpe Nassfeld. The approach to Sonnenalpe Nassfeld is via the Nassfeld Pass (Passo di Pramollo). This border pass, open year-round, connects Tröpolach in Carinthia (Austria) and Pontebba in Friuli (Italy). This means that access from Italy is also quick and easy. Parking is free everywhere.
Access via Motorway A22 Tarvisio-Udine, exit Pontebba
