Beginners Nakiska
The Nakiska ski resort is ideal for beginners. Right at the valley station at the Nakiska Day Lodge, there are conveyor belts for your first attempts. Very easy slopes lead to the Bronze Chair double chairlift. Here, beginners will find several wide and very easy slopes. From the mid-station, a slope marked as intermediate leads down to the valley. This slope is very wide and designated as a "Slow Skiing Area." Fast skiing is not allowed here, making this slope very suitable for advanced beginners as well. The upper slopes at the Gold Chair are off-limits for beginners.
