    The staff is very friendly. When it's busy in Mutters, the staff will take your skis and place them in the gondola for you. Sometimes, when you get off the gondola, your skis may even be handed to you. However, this is the exception, but overall the staff is very dedicated and also helps when getting on the platter lift.
