    Particularly noteworthy is the local mobility provided by ski buses and public transportation. Skiing off the slopes is prohibited in many areas by numerous signs for environmental protection reasons.

    Public transportation/on-site mobility

    • Train connection
      Direct rail connection via the "Nockhofweg-Muttereralmbahn" station of the Stubaitalbahn. The stop is about 750 m from the valley station of the Mutterer Alm-Bahn. A free shuttle bus is available at certain times. The Stubaitalbahn runs from Innsbruck to Fulpmes in the Stubai Valley.
