Mt Hotham is known and loved by experts for its steep slopes. The Extreme Zone attracts with very steep powder runs. There are also gladed tree runs, natural halfpipes, chutes, bowls, and cliffs. Experts can let off steam at the four-seater chairlifts Village, Heavenly Valley, Gotcha, Keogh's, and The Orchard.
