The Meran 2000 ski area is easily accessible from the outskirts of Meran via the cable car. An eight-person gondola lift from Falzeben takes you up into the ski area. Both lifts end at Piffing. A fast four-seater chairlift with weather protection covers provides access to the St. Oswald slopes. A modern 10-person gondola lift with a mid-station, as well as six-, three-, and two-seater chairlifts, serve the other slopes in the ski area. Conveyor belts are available for beginners and children.
