Beginners Mayrhofen – Penken/Ahorn/Rastkogel/Eggalm (Mountopolis)
The entire ski area is very well suited for beginners. Practice areas with conveyor belts and practice lifts are available at all base lifts. Numerous ski schools complement the offer with their own practice areas. At the mountain station of the Penkenbahn, in addition to two conveyor belts, there are also two rope tows, a platter lift, a drag lift, and two ski school areas, providing optimal conditions for learning to ski or snowboard.
Good beginner slopes can also be found in the Horbergtal as well as directly at all base lifts on the mountain. A large part of the ski area can be explored on blue slopes. However, there is no easy valley run. Another beginner-friendly ski area can be found at the Ahorn, with wide and easy slopes as well as a practice area.
