The cross-country territory is located in Steg, about 3 km away from Malbun. The Vanuelalopp Club maintains the trails, which run through the beautiful and quiet Vanuela Valley. Cross-country skiing fun is also guaranteed after sundown. Throughout the entire season, a 3 km long night skiing trail is available. There is a small cross-country hut with a changing room and waxing station in Steg. The cross-country skiing pass can be purchased as a day ticket, weekly ticket or season pass.
