Thanks to its high altitude, the Madrisa ski area is considered very snow-sure. The main slope on the Madrisa plateau, the beginner slopes, as well as the valley run to Klosters Dorf from Schlappin (1,643 m), can be covered with artificial snow. However, since snowmaking is not available throughout the entire area, many sections still rely on natural snow.
