The Lachtal ski resort is located in the Murtal holiday region in the west of Styria. Access from the west and east is via well-developed roads through the Murtal from St. Michael im Lungau or Judenburg. If you are coming from the north, take the A9 Pyhrn motorway and exit at Trieben. From the south, several roads from the A2 Süd motorway lead to the Lachtal ski resort. The final stretch to the resort is a mountain road that climbs up to 1,600 meters. Upon arrival at the valley station, visitors will find plenty of free parking spaces available.
