Kaltenbronn can be reached from Rastatt via Gaggenau and Gengenbach in a short time. The roads are very well developed.There are plenty of parking spaces along the main road. Only on weekends with good weather does it sometimes get crowded.

- From Gernsbach in the Murg Valley and from Bad Wildbad in the Enz Valley, regular buses run to Kaltenbronn. In good weather, additional special buses operate on weekends. The buses stop both at the ski lift and at the starting point of the cross-country ski trails.
