Beginners Kaltenbach – Hochzillertal/Hochfügen (SKi-optimal)
The ski resort offers large beginner areas at the Hochzillertal mountain station as well as at the Lamark lifts in Hochfügen. Beginners can ski very well on the easy and wide slopes at the Mizunbahn, and via the easy slope Z (Zentralstation), you can return from almost all slopes on the front side of Hochzillertal to the mountain station. In Hochfügen, beginners also feel very comfortable at the top of the ski area. At the Waidoffen six-seater chairlift and the 8er Alm platter lift, the terrain is ideal for beginners. From the mountain station at 2,313 m, they can ski down an easy valley run all the way to Hochfügen. To get to Kaltenbach, beginners are better off taking the gondola down to the valley.
