Jade Dragon Snow Mountain (also known as Yulong Snow Mountain) was China’s highest ski resort. Located about 20 km from Lijiang, the season here lasted from November until May. A gondola took visitors to the mountain station and simple rope tows. Ski operations have been discontinued, and the cable car is now only used for sightseeing trips.
