The Hochzeiger ski resort places great emphasis on environmental protection. Environmentally friendly slope grooming and snowmaking are carried out using snow data collected via GPS. This conserves resources and ensures that only the necessary amount of artificial snow is produced. In cooperation with a university research project, the optimal snowmaking period is calculated to save even more resources. The Hochzeiger ski resort is accessible by free ski bus connections from all towns in the Pitztal valley. The Hochzeiger 2.5 eight-seater chairlift features an energy-efficient direct drive.
