In the Hochkössen ski area, there is an excellent practice area around the valley station. The easy slopes at the magic carpets, rope tow, and platter lift are ideal for learning. There is even a special discounted ski pass for the practice lifts in the valley. The children's area of the ski school is also located at the valley station. All lifts in the ski area can be reached via easy slopes. The gentle Hornabfahrt at the Gipfellift is particularly beautiful. The easy family run down to the valley is very well suited for children and beginners, even though it is partly as narrow as a ski trail.
