The ski resort of Hochficht is very concerned about the environment. To protect the environment, a Snow & Fun Express (train) runs to Aigen-Schlägl during the winter season. The free ski bus then takes visitors to the Skiarena Hochficht. There are also charging points for electric vehicles at the Skiarena Hochficht. Skiing in forest areas is strictly forbidden.
