The valley station of the Hintertux Glacier is located at the end of the Tux Valley, a side valley of the Zillertal. It takes just under an hour by car from the Achensee-Zillertal exit of the Inntal Autobahn (A13). There is an underground car park and parking spaces directly at the valley station, or you can take a free shuttle bus from the village of Hintertux.Mobility on-site

- Regularly operating ski buses connect the glacier lifts with the villages of Hintertux, Juns, Madseit, and Vorderlanersbach. During the peak season, there is also a ski bus (Green-Line) that transports skiers in ski equipment and with a valid ski pass free of charge from Mayrhofen to Hintertux and back.
