The 10-seater gondola lifts Firni (Kobi-Gudauri 1), Kobi (Kobi-Gudauri 2), and Truso (Kobi-Gudauri 3) are manufactured by Poma and together span over 7 km. Two intermediate stations provide access to slopes on both sides of the Kobi Pass. The 10-seater gondola lift Firni (Kobi-Gudauri 1) covers the route from the ski area up to the Kobi Pass (2,900 m).
