During the Styrian semester holidays, a free ski bus runs from St. Marein bei Neumarkt to the Grebenzen valley station. If there is insufficient snow, the slopes remain closed to prevent damage to the grass cover. Additionally, there are signs to protect the forest. The Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen Nature Park aims to preserve the beautiful natural environment.
