Above all, the slopes in Vals are very well suited for beginners. The gradient and width of the easy slope in Vals at the Schilling gondola lift are perfect for beginners. For variety in Vals, the easy run at the Tasa platter lift provides a change of pace. There are also blue slopes at the two village lifts in Meransen. In the Gitschberg area of the ski resort, beginners can enjoy themselves on an easy and wide slope in the upper section of the 10-seater Ski Express gondola lift. This slope is easily accessible from Meransen by gondola. The other slopes are not necessarily suitable for beginners. The ski schools offer dedicated areas with conveyor belts.
