The owner Josef Stinn's main occupation is farming and he farms the ground of the ski area himself. Therefore, he pays close attention that the ski operation doesn't leave too much of a mark. Unfortunately, the ski area is not accessible with public transportation, but the resort's good location makes it easy for people to get there without driving too far.
