On the west coast of Greenland, a ski resort is planned on Disko Island. With a magnificent view of Baffin Bay, the plans include 4 ski lifts and 19 kilometers of slopes. This would then be the only real ski resort with multiple facilities in Greenland. In the final stage, up to 9 ski lifts and 63 kilometers of slopes are planned. Heliskiing, summer skiing, and cross-country skiing are additional options for the ski resort.
