The Mariazeller Bürgeralpe cable car, built in 1928, was renovated by Leitner in 2002 and decommissioned in 2018. As a replacement for the connection from Mariazell to the Bürgeralpe, the new 8-seater Bürgeralpe gondola lift is now in operation.
